Israflow produces three standard models of class II type
A/B3 convertible biological safety cabinets under the
model names IVBF 9, IVBF 12 & IVBF 18.
Standard features are : HPL plain formica cell
construction with 304 stainless steel work surface &
coating of the work area, automatic air flow control
using ECM technology, interlocked UV lighting for
sterilization of the work space, 10" work surface
opening with blowers interlocked electrical control of
the sash window, external lighting box separated from the
contaminated area, 2 petcocks for vacuum and gas, 2
watertight power outlets, 16 A, 220 V, separate trip
breakers for the blowers, outlets & lighting, support
stand epoxy coated with threaded levelled legs, 3/8"
upstream sampling port for each HEPA filter as required
by NSFs 49.
Any external color available including stainless steel
coating.

These models are also available in
B2 versions with the same external characteristics. The
supply blowers are interlocked with the exhaust blowers
as required per NSFs 49. The choice of exhaust HEPA
filters may vary according to the pressure load of each
& every installation.
A special design of IVBF 12 exists for manipulations on
animals, including a specially designed work surface for
easy installation & replacement of 30 % efficiency
prefilters, and a 14" work surface opening adapted
with standard animal cages.
